Actual flash stall depends on engine torque, vehicle weight, gearing, and the rest of your combination. A listed stall range will not produce the same result in every vehicle.

To receive your core refund, return the correct torque converter core within 30 days of the purchase date of your new converter.

Preparing your core

1. Install the impeller hub cap. Remove the cap from your new converter and install it onto the converter core to help prevent fluid leakage.
2. Wrap the core. Place it inside a trash bag or similar protective covering to help contain fluid spills.
3. Package securely. Use a sturdy shipping box, such as the original packaging, and secure the core to prevent movement during transit.

You may use any shipping carrier. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. TRT does not provide a core return shipping label.

Inspection & refund

Once received, your core will be checked in and inspected to verify that the correct core was returned. Incorrect cores are not eligible for a refund. After verification, your core refund will be issued to the original payment method.
